You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents necessary to submit Customer Data to the Service.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including the platform, software, models, and documentation. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no licenses are granted to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service poses a security or regulatory risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only to perform or exercise rights under these Terms.
